 Note: the table is as follows: air under standard conditions (p = 1.2kg / m 3) of the parameters. 

 Fan (in addition to motor) parts of the temperature below 120 ℃ continuous work, should be checked before the fan running all parts for damage and looseness, fans should be well grounded, and the running direction of the rotation flag. Fan noise, replace the bearing. 

 WGF-3 axial fan maintenance instructions 

 One fan is turned counter-clockwise rotation. 

 Second, fans generate vibration or noise reasons: 

 1, the blades wear, balancing inaccurate and need to change blades; 

 2, drive shaft or bearings (and Z205) wear, replace the shaft or bearing; 

 3, coupling and flexible ring wear, replace the coupling or flexible ring; 

 4, the motor cover is loose or bearing wear, replace the cover or the bearing.
